I’m Commis Chef Chris Martin. I’ve been in the Culinary industry 16 years and I love spending my time helping as many people as I can whether its through giving advice on how I dealt with some of my own life challenges, or if it’s through SavorThePassion.com where I’m working to increase the quality of life of all that I can through the power of food.
Another simple straight forward one today.
This is one of the most important things about them all truthfully. Without organization, nothing gets truly done. It turns into a series of tasks that never really get done.
Invest in planners. Use them.
Get a whiteboard. Use It.
Get a desk. Use it.
What's possibly the most important aspect is that you get to know yourself well enough to know what you’re best at what point in the day and staying in that power zone during those periods.
Another big tip: write down your priorities. If your schedule and priorities don’t match, something is wrong. Fix it.
Unfortunately, I’m actually dealing with the consequences of not organizing lately so this is going to be a very short post today, but I hope you find it valuable all the same.
Please, share my posts with your friends as I continue to write every day about daily life from the perspective of a human who happens to love cooking.
